Ian has over 25 years of marketing and PR experience. He has spent the last 18 years at Backbone leading a team of over 40 PR professionals, representing some of the world’s best outdoor brands. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Ian packed his truck the day after graduation and headed west in search of powder skiing and big whitewater. After 25 years in Colorado, he’s still trying to go faster, further, and longer in the mountains, but mostly he’s just trying to keep up with his kids.
